From an early age, Gracian was drawn to beautiful homes — not just their appearance, but the craft, intention, and detail that separates something built to last from something built to sell. GGR Development is based in Delray Beach, FL — one of South Florida's most desirable and fastest-appreciating markets — with current projects focused on luxury residential development across the region.
